Don’t really have a set diet. but i basically just stay away from carbs/sweets you know, the usual.. haha anddd my work out consists of 15 min on the treadmill, 5min on the bike, 5min on ski machine (idk what it’s called) theeen i do 3 sets of 15 lunges and squats then lastly a bunch of ab work outs! :) I’ll be making a video of my work outs soon… maybe. haha
